According to the provisions of Article 257 point 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to annul the procurement procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate for financing the whole or part of the order have not been granted to them.
Deadline for the execution of the order:
Within 2 weeks from the date of concluding the contract (no later than December 15, 2025).
