1. The subject of the contract is the performance of the task entitled: Public transport in the city of Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki in the years 2023 - 2025.
2. The subject of the contract includes the provision of communication services on 4 routes:
1) NDM 1 LINE with a length of 29.4 km – 5 trips a day, including three trips from 5:00 to 11:00 and two trips from 14:00 to 19:00;
2) NDM 2 LINE with a length of 30.2 km – 5 trips per day, including three trips from 5:00 to 11:00 and three trips from 14:00 to 19:00;
3) NDM 3 LINE with a length of 42.1 km – 6 trips a day adapted to the working time of plants in the industrial district (i.e. transport and collection of employees from shifts at 600, 800, 1400, 1600, 1800, 2200) – access to Graniczna Street no later than 10 minutes before the above-mentioned hours, departure not earlier than 10 minutes after the above-mentioned hours;
4) NDM 4 LINE with a length of 31.20 km – 8 trips a day from 6:00 to 20:00.

3. Services will be provided;
1) for NDM Line 1: Monday to Friday, except holidays;
2) for NDM 2 Line: Monday to Friday, except holidays;
3) for NDM Line 3: on all days except 25 December, 1 January and the first day of Easter;
4) for NDM4 Line: from Monday to Saturday except holidays;
5) The service for line NDM 3 must be operated on 1 November;
6) Services on December 24 and December 31 will be provided until approx. 5:30 p.m. – after the end of the full course according to the schedule.
4. The Contractor shall provide free travel for all persons using public transport.
5. Pursuant to Article 95 of the Act, the contracting authority requires that throughout the period of service performance, the contractor employs under a contract of employment employees directly related to the performance of transport services constituting the subject of this contract, i.e. bus drivers. The contractor at each stage of the contract is entitled to introduce additional employees or replace those reported before signing the contract. For employees of subcontractors, the provisions on employees employed under an employment contract for the implementation of the subject of the contract shall apply accordingly.
6. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 1 to the SWZ.
7. The contracting authority will apply the procedure referred to in Article 139 of the Act, i.e. the so-called reverse procedure.
