The purpose of this call for tenders is to take out the insurance contracts of the group of orders formed between the Municipality and the Ccas de Bois-Guillaume.With the aim of pooling skills and optimizing the budget, it has been decided to set up a group of orders in application of the provisions of the Public Procurement Code, approved by all the executive bodies of all the members of the group. The Municipality, represented by its Mayor, assumes the role of coordinator of the grouping and is responsible for the procurement procedure to be involved.
