Delivery and development of natural broken aggregate for the ongoing maintenance of forest roads in the Herby Forest District in 2022

The subject of the contract is the supply of natural, broken aggregate. Within the meaning of Article 7(4) of the Public Procurement Law (including transport service and deployment), to be performed in the Herby Forest District in 2022.

The order includes the systematic, according to current needs, delivery of 4000 tons of natural aggregate, transport of aggregate directly to the forest in place of development, unloading and its sweeping with a grader or similar machine on the indicated section of the road and compaction with a road roller. If the ground conditions require it, on some sections it may be necessary to profile the surface or trough before pouring aggregate. Depending on the conditions in the field, aggregate with a fraction of Ø 0/31.5 mm/ 0/63 mm will be ordered – approx. 80%, the amount of aggregate ordered, other fractions – approx. 20% of the quantity of aggregate ordered. The thickness of the layer of built-up aggregate is not determined and depends on the terrain conditions.

In addition, the Ordering Party's employees will each time collect the delivery in terms of proper aggregate construction in the locations indicated on the order.

10. In order to confirm the weight of the aggregate on the car, the Contractor will be obliged to inspect the weighing of cars with aggregate on the scale indicated by the Ordering Party. The number of cars covered by the checkweighing can be approx. 10%. The method of control of deliveries is specified in §2 of the contract.
