The Joint Purchasing Office shall procure Print-as-a-Service for the municipalities of Vestby, Ås, Frogn, Nesodden and Nordre Follo, as well as Follo Brannvesen IKS [Follo fire service].

The contract shall cover the municipalities' needs for printing, scanning and copying, as a service. The contracting authority also needs machines to be delivered fully configured and ready for use by Follow-me. Employees must be able to use an access card and / or mobile phone for log in. The contracting authority needs print servers in a cloud, as well as the operation thereof. The print servers must ensure a secure transfer of data. The contracting authority needs to print from mobile units.
