The scope of works includes: "Extension of district roads No. 2169K and 2170K in Gaj, Lusina, Libertów". The task consists in the extension of sections of district roads DP 2169K on a section of 4 km and DP 2170K on a section of 2 km in the towns: Gaj, Lusina and Libertów. Its aim is to improve the standard and technical parameters of the above-mentioned sections of district roads. The effect of the investment will be primarily the improvement and improvement of the quality of vehicle traffic, thanks to the widening of the cross-section of the roadway. An important result of the investment will be the improvement of passability and visibility along the road and at intersections. The implementation of the project will significantly improve pedestrian safety through the construction of sidewalks ensuring the separation of pedestrian and vehicular traffic. In addition, the investment will ensure proper communication service on the road sections made, in the form of built bus stops with a bus shelter.

The construction plan includes: reconstruction and extension of the roadway and bringing it to the normative parameters (width, horizontal and vertical arches), construction of single and double-sided sidewalks, reconstruction and extension of intersections with other public roads, reconstruction of individual and public exits, construction of pedestrian crossings, traffic calming elements, balustrades, road barriers, construction of a retaining wall, retaining structures made of concrete palisade, reconstruction and construction of street lighting, reconstruction and construction of road drainage elements (reconstruction and construction of ditches, construction of rainwater drainage, reconstruction of culverts), reconstruction and protection of existing utilities networks colliding with the investment area, demolition of elements colliding with the planned investment: demolition of utilities networks colliding with the investment, demolition of existing roadside ditches, demolition of culverts under exits, demolition of culverts under one DP2169K and DP2170K, demolition road surface, demolition of exits, demolition of pavement surfaces, demolition of fences, felling of greenery and trees interfering with the investment, including: • Reconstruction and extension of the roadway and bringing it to the normative parameters (width, horizontal and vertical arches), • Construction of single and double-sided sidewalks, • Reconstruction and extension of intersections with other public roads, • Reconstruction of individual and public exits, • Construction of pedestrian crossings, traffic calming elements, balustrades, road barriers, • Construction of retaining walls, retaining structures made of concrete palisade, • Reconstruction and construction of street lighting, • Reconstruction and construction of road drainage elements (reconstruction and construction of ditches, construction of rainwater drainage, reconstruction of culverts), • Reconstruction and protection of existing utilities networks colliding with the road structure, • Separation of the necessary land to carry out the task • Demolition of conflicting elements with the planned investment: - demolition of utilities networks colliding with the investment, - demolition of existing roadside ditches, - demolition of culverts under exits, - demolition of culverts under one DP2169K and DP2170K, - demolition of road surface, - demolition of exits, - demolition of pavement surfaces, - demolition of fences, • Felling of greenery and trees interfering with the investment. • Implementation of vertical and horizontal markings and installation of road safety elements. • Extension of the existing water supply network. As part of the task, the Contractor must foresee the possible need to prolong all conditions and arrangements necessary to carry out the above-mentioned task. The costs associated with the prolongation of conditions and arrangements shall be borne by the Contractor.
