2019 marks the final year of the Car Free Liveability Programme. We want to celebrate the city life by arranging 3 City Life Saturdays in the period May to August, and a 2 days City Life Festival consisting of a conference and a City Life day in week 35, 2019. The objective of the events is to highlight the results of the car free liveability programme initiative and create engagement amongst the population and visitors so that they themselves want to use the central urban spaces. We need consultancy services that take responsibility to follow up planning, and to coordinate and implement the events.
