Buildings A, B, C have 5 storey levels. KG, EG, 1.OG, 2.OG, DG. House D is a two-story parking deck.

Buildings A, B and C are shaped like a comb or "E" with a street-side main part of the building and several regular building extensions facing the inner courtyard.

The buildings have a modular design so that many components have the same dimensions. The stairwells are built with an elevator shaft and precast stairs.

The basement is made of waterproof concrete. The load-bearing walls made of sand-lime brick or reinforced concrete. The ceilings are made of reinforced concrete as filigree ceilings. The roofs are reinforced concrete ceilings with a slope of 3%.

Approximately 4,000 m 2 Design vinyl flooring, planked goods including skirting boards in three new apartment buildings.
