System maintenance and development services, which include:

1. Maintenance services of the System operated by the VDI: Restoration of the operation of the System, if it was disturbed due to the fault of the Contracting Authority or third parties, advising the contracting authority's specialists on the issues of malfunctioning of the application software by phone and e-mail (on working days from 8.00 to 17.00 Lithuanian time);

2. System development services operated by VDI: (software development, programming, automation of new functions, modification or improvement of existing functions, etc.) and other System development services in accordance with the needs of the Contracting Authority.

OSH IS maintenance and development services, which include:

1. Maintenance services of the System operated by the VDI: Restoration of the operation of the System, if it was disturbed due to the fault of the Contracting Authority or third parties, advising the contracting authority's specialists on the issues of malfunctioning of the application software by phone and e-mail (on working days from 8.00 to 17.00 Lithuanian time);
