The subject of the order is the maintenance of the interior of staircase B in the former imperial castle - Zamek Culture Center in Poznań.

The works covered by the subject of the contract include the communication route - staircase B in the western part of the castle (a total of 3 rooms) on the ground floor, first and second floor - marked on the floor plans with numbers 12, 24, 32.

The works that are the subject of the contract are divided into works in the field of conservation of historic interior design elements and furnishings. Stonework, plaster, stucco, wooden elements - coffered ceiling and railing railing, metal elements - stair railing and sconces, lamps, as well as installation works in the field of electricity, low voltage, sanitation will be subject to conservation.

The subject of the order is the maintenance of the interior of the B staircase in the former imperial castle - Poznań Castle Culture Center, in accordance with the program of conservation works and bill of quantities, expert opinions (expertise of stone elements, expertise of plaster and stucco, expertise of antique woodwork) and the provisions of this ToR.

The former imperial castle is entered in the register of monuments of the province. Wielkopolska under No. A-213 of March 6, 1979.

The contracting authority holds a building permit and a permit to carry out conservation works.

The selected Contractor will be required to provide a quality guarantee on the following principles:

1) at least a 36-month quality guarantee for maintenance and construction work carried out;

2) quality guarantee under the conditions specified by the device manufacturers for the delivered and installed devices.

The contractor will be required to have civil liability (contract and tort) insurance for the entire duration of the contract in respect of the activities related to the subject of the contract, with a guarantee sum of at least PLN 500,000.

The Employer does not reserve the Contractor's personal performance of key parts of the contract.
