This interinstitutional call for tenders aims at concluding framework contracts for the provision of services and equipment in the field of installation, support, maintenance and rental of AV&C services together with the supply of AV&C equipment and associated software. Framework contracts are contracts concluded with 1 (single framework contract) or more economic operators (multiple framework contracts), the purpose of which is to establish the terms governing specific contracts to be awarded during a given period, in particular with regard to price and technical implementation modalities.

Lot 1 will cater for individual acquisitions with the possibility of assistance either for the installation of 1 piece of AV&C equipment or of an AV&C package. Upon request the contractor may also perform services of AV&C design, AV&C engineering and AV&C software development on the contracting authority's premises or off site.

Lot 2 will provide different AV&C service provider profiles dedicated for the installation of audiovisual equipment and conference equipment.

This lot will be used for maintenance tasks and rental of AV&C equipment. The contracting authorities have a large number of rooms with different AV set-ups adapted to different meeting needs (meeting rooms, press rooms, audience rooms, training rooms, etc.).
