The subject of the order is: “Delivery of computer hardware together with software”.

The order was divided into three parts:

Part 1 — delivery of mobile computers type “business laptop” with a screen diagonal of min. 14" — 100 pieces;

Part 2 — delivery of mobile computers type “business laptop” with a screen diagonal of min. 15” — 50 pieces;

Part 3 — All in One Desktop Delivery (AIO) — 20 pieces.

A detailed description of the object of the order (SOPZ) is set out in Annex No. 2a, 2b and 2c to SWZ. After the conclusion of the contract (the proposed provisions of the public procurement agreement are Annex 6 to the SWZ), it will be an annex to the contract.

— installation and commissioning of equipment at the premises of the Ordering Party,

— carrying out the correctness of the operation of devices

II. List of equipment

The object of the order is the delivery of computer equipment:

- 100 pcs of 14” portable computers (laptop),

- The equipment offered must be factory new and come from the current production of the year 2021-22.

The Contractor shall be obliged to:

1) delivery, installation, installation, installation and commissioning of equipment in the Małopolska Centre for Excellence of Teachers 23 Lubelska Street

2) conducting tests for the correctness of equipment operation,

3) Install on all computers the required base software, in the case of Office software or equivalent to provide so-called ready-made installation packages on the disk of the computer or on the storage media.

The Ordering Party requires a new operating system/software

The Ordering Party requires the system software to be pre-installed by the computer manufacturer. The Ordering Party requires office software to be installed, but does not require the installation of office software by the computer manufacturer.

The Ordering Party requires the software to be supplied with the relevant original attributes of legality, for example with so-called GML (Genuine Microsoft Label) stickers or COA (Certificate of Authenticity) stickers used by the hardware manufacturer or other form of credibility originality required by the software manufacturer applicable depending on the version provided.

The Ordering Party at the time of receipt of the goods provides for

verifying the legality of the provided software.

The Ordering Party shall allow the possibility to verify the originality of the supplied computer programs at the Software Manufacturer in the event of doubts as to its legality.
