. Subjects of the order are successive deliveries of bread: country bread, wheat bread, wholemeal bread, breadcrumbs between 01.10.2021 and 30.09.2022, for:

(a) Penal Plant in Czarne, Pomorska Street 1, 77-330 Czarne, in the estimated quantity for:, country bread: 190 000 kg during the period of the contract; wheat bread: 41 000 kg, during the duration of the contract; wholemeal bread: 10 000 kg, during the period of the contract

(b) Outer Branch Złotów, 3 Kosciuszki Square, 77-400 Złotów - in the estimated quantity for: country bread: 20 000 kg, during the period of the contract; wheat bread: 1 000 kg, during the duration of the contract; wholemeal bread: 120 kg; during the period of the contract; breadcrumbs: 50 kg during the duration of the contract;

Description of the item: (a) country bread: unit weight of one piece of loaf 400 g, sliced and packaged bread, labelled, shelf life minimum 3 days from date of delivery, product compliant with PN 93/A-74103 or equivalent. Structure and consistency: longitudinal loaf, skin smooth or slightly rough, glossy. Colour: rind brown to dark brown, crumb dry to the touch. Taste and smell characteristic of the type of bread. Disqualifying features: not allowed products of viscous crumb, underpoured, with a nub, crumbling, contaminated, with the presence of lumps of flour or salt, symptoms of mold, spoilage, dampness, impurities, mechanical damage, deformation, crushing, presence of pests, absence the marking of the loaf,

(b) wheat bread: unit weight of one piece of loaf 400 g, wheat flour content - 100%, sliced and packaged bread, labelled, shelf life minimum 3 days from the date of delivery, product compliant with PN 92/A- 74105 or equivalent. Structure and consistency: longitudinal loaf, skin smooth or slightly rough, glossy. Colour: rind brown to dark brown, crumb dry to the touch. Taste and smell characteristic of the type of bread. Disqualifying features: products of viscous crumb, underpoured, with a nub, crumbling, contaminated, with the presence of lumps of flour or salt, mold symptoms, spoilage, moisture,

impurities, mechanical damage, deformation, crushing, presence of pests, lack of marking of the loaf.

wholemeal bread: unit weight of one piece of loaf 400 g, wholemeal flour content 100%, sliced and packaged bread, labelled, shelf life minimum 3 days from the date of delivery, product compliant with PN A-74117 or equivalent. Structure and consistency: longitudinal loaf, skin smooth or slightly rough, glossy. Colour: braze peel to dark brown, crumb dry to the touch. Taste and smell characteristic of the type of bread. Disqualifying features: not allowed products of viscous crumb, underpoured, with a nub, crumbling, contaminated, with the presence of lumps of flour or salt, symptoms of mold, spoilage, dampness, impurities, mechanical damage, deformation, crushing, presence of pests, absence Loaf marking

(d) breadcrumbs: product obtained by shredding dried common and varsity wheat breads, without the addition of seeds, fillings and decorations, unit weight of one pack of 1,000 g, shelf life minimum 6 weeks after the date of delivery, product compliant with PN -A-74113 or equivalent, form: dry without lumps, taste: typical for dried wheat bread, without foreign flavors, color: from gray-cream to golden, can be non-uniform

The quantities of the contract subject are estimated and may decrease due to the population status of the individual units. Consequently, the Contractor will not make claims for unrealized deliveries or grounds for refusal to supply. The Contracting Authority reserves the right not to use up to 20% in the full quantity of the range.

3. Delivery of breads will take place:
