The subject of the order is the service and development of the Electronic Channels Platform (ECP). A detailed description of the subject of the order, a list of tasks, deadlines, and conditions for the execution of the subject of the order, payments, etc. are defined in the Draft Contract Provisions (hereinafter: “DCP”), which are attached as Annex 2 to the Terms of Reference and the Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter: “DSO”), which is attached as Annex 1 to the Terms of Reference.

Service and development of the Electronic Channels Platform.
1. The subject of the order is the service and development of the Electronic Channels Platform (ECP). A detailed description of the subject of the order, a list of tasks, deadlines, and conditions for the execution of the subject of the order, payments, etc. are defined in the Draft Contract Provisions (hereinafter: “DCP”), which are attached as Annex 2 to the Terms of Reference and the Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter: “DSO”), which is attached as Annex 1 to the Terms of Reference. 2. The subject of the order includes the basic order and the order covered by the option right. 2.1 The basic order includes: - the provision of Quality Assurance Services for the ECP used by the Contracting Authority. 2.2 Optional orders include: - the provision of: a) System Development Services valued and performed based on the accepted rates per Person-Day; b) System Administration Services; c) Quality Assurance Services for products developed as part of the provision of System Development Services in the optional scope (if commissioned); Detailed information regarding the options, including scope, timing of the Contracting Authority's exercise of this right, and the principles under which the Option will be executed, are contained in the DCP. The Contracting Authority informs that the option right is a right of the Contracting Authority, which it may, but does not have to, exercise within this order. The exercise of the option right, in whole or in part, is reserved solely at the discretion of the Contracting Authority. If the Contracting Authority does not exercise the option right in whole or in part, the Contractors will not be entitled to any additional remuneration or any claims.
