1. Collection of municipal waste from real estate where residents live and from uninhabited real estate - sector No. II covering the municipalities of Hanna and Sławatycze.

2. Municipal waste transport from the municipalities including the municipalities of Hanna and Sławatycze - sector No. II, to the place of their disposal, ie: municipal installation - ZZO MZC Sp. z o. o. 22-200 Włodawa, ul. Komunalna 22, municipal installation designated alternatively by the Employer in the event of a failure of the installation referred to above.

The subject of the order is the service called Collection and transport of municipal waste (2020–2023) from residential and uninhabited real estate located in the municipalities of Hanna and Sławatycze – Sector No. II MZC z / s in Włodawa. The service includes:

1. Collection of all municipal waste from real estate located in gm. belonging to MZC z / s in Włodawa.

2. Transport of all collected waste from territories gm. belong. to MZC z / s in Włodawa to their place of development indicated by the Employer.

Collection of municipal waste generated on public roads was excluded from the subject of the contract.

Order item will be implemented in the way:

1. ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods, and reduction of the mass of biodegradable waste transferred to storage in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 2010) and Voivodship waste management plan, adopted by a resolution of the Sejmik of the Voivodship Or. No. XXIV / 349/2016 of 2/12/2016 regarding the adoption of the Plan of answer for voivodeship or. 2022;

2. in accordance with the provisions of No. VII.18.20 of the Meeting of MZC z / s in Włodawa from 5.2.2020 regarding the detailed manner and scope of rendering services in the field of municipal waste collection from property owners and management of this waste (Journal of Laws of the Lublin Voivodeship from 2020 item 1147) ;

3. consistent with the provisions of No. VII.17.20 of the Meeting of the MZC z / s in Włodawa from 5.2.2020 on the adoption of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the communes belonging to the MZC z / s in Włodawa in the field of managing the property (Journal of Laws from 2020, item 1146);

4. compliant with other legal provisions (including laws, ordinances, acts of local law) in force in the subject of the contract, in particular regarding the method of performing the service covered by the contract;

5. guaranteeing that they will not be mixed with other types of waste collected separately at source, broken down into:

a) glass with the codes: 200102 and 150107;

b) paper with codes: 200101 and 150101;

c) metal and plastic with the codes: 200139,150102,150 1044,200140 and 150105;

d) bio-waste with codes: 200201 and 200108;

e) mixed (residual) waste with the code 200301;

f) bulky waste and tires with codes: 200307 and 160103;

g) waste electrical and electronic equipment with codes: 200135 and 200136;

h) slags and ashes with codes: Ex 203099 and 200199;

On the dates specified in the resolution referred to in paragraph 2.

Transport with multi-chamber vehicles for different waste fractions is allowed, ensuring that they do not mix during unloading. It is forbidden to mix selectively collected cell waste with mixed waste collected from property owners and selectively collected cell waste of different types with each other. In this respect, the Contractor is required to inspect vehicles transporting waste each time on request to authorized employees of the Employer. ZZO to which the waste will be delivered for disposal is also authorized for such verification control.

1. Estimated number of real estate properties covered by the system - 1255.

2. Area of the system covered in ha, sec. I: 25563.

3. Number of inhabitants covered by the system - 2,953 people.

4. Total amount of waste collected in 2019 from real estate covered by the system - 450.07 Mg.
