Gloucester City Council are administering the procurement process on behalf of Gloucestershire Airport, Staverton (GAS).

GAS are the contracting Authority.

The requirement is for the supply of JET-A1, AVGAS 100LL, and UL 91

The following options will be considered on their merits and any decision will be based on the most economically advantageous tender:

• Fuel supply only including single grade or multiple grades.

• Fuel supply inclusive of suitable vehicles per grade of fuel plus a towable Jet A1 bowser and inclusive of maintenance.

• Fuel supply inclusive of alternative options including towable storage and or static tank facilities.

Any contract award shall be for a period of 2 years with an option to extend by a further year, commencing on 1st May 2023.
