This consultation relates to the award of a global sectoral contract, within the meaning of Article L. 2171-5 of the Public Order Code for the operation of raising the medico-administrative building (BMA) of the Centre Hospitalier de Pau. It includes the following missions: design-build. It does not include a development-maintenance-servicing component. This project consists of the creation of 2 additional tertiary levels, for a total of about 1200 square meters of useful space, in the form of standardized premises. Candidates are obliged to present a possible additional service (PSE) which consists of the possibility of a later elevable building of 2 additional floors
