The purpose of this framework agreement is to study, conduct and dismantle the buildings in Plaza de Milan, as well as part of the underground car park located under all the buildings.

The concept of dismantling here is understood as the dismantling of all equipment and materials that can be reused, the decontamination of building structures (lead, asbestos) and their demolition and/or deconstruction, and the management of the waste produced. Decommissioning will integrate the dimension of reuse as an extraction site and the study of reuse strategies related to this issue.

The holder will have to study and implement a device allowing the recovery of furniture or materials of second work.
