1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the period from 01.10.2022. until 30.09.2024 consisting in:
1) collecting, transporting and managing municipal waste from property owners residing in the Municipality of the City of Pionki;
2) receiving, transporting and managing all collected municipal waste, including problematic waste, coming from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located in Pionki, ul. Transport 8.
2. The Contractor shall also be obliged to:
1) collection of other waste from containers at waste collection points indicated by the Ordering Party in the Municipality of the City of Pionki, as well as from PSZOK, Pionki, Transportowa 8 Street;
2) providing services in a way that minimizes inconvenience to residents and difficulties in road traffic;
3) provision of services also in cases where access to containers, garbage canopies is difficult.

2. The Contractor shall also be obliged to:
1) collection of other waste from containers at waste collection points indicated by the Ordering Party in the Municipality of the City of Pionki, as well as from PSZOK, Pionki, Transportowa 8 Street;
2) providing services in a way that minimizes inconvenience to residents and difficulties in road traffic;
3) provision of services also in cases where access to containers, garbage canopies is difficult. The Ordering Party informs that in the Municipality of the City of Pionki there are properties with difficult access, to which it is not possible to access with standard specialized equipment for emptying containers, e.g. narrow dirt roads, narrow intra-estate roads, narrow roads on which it is not possible to perform a turning maneuver, etc. The contractor is obliged to ensure the collection of waste from these properties by a smaller car.
3. The Contractor bears full responsibility for the proper management of the waste collected in accordance with the provisions in force in this respect. This applies m.in possible transhipment of waste, transport of waste, formal and legal matters related to the collection and delivery of waste to an authorized entrepreneur conducting activities in the field of recovery or disposal of municipal waste.
4. The Contractor is also obliged to collect municipal waste from places not intended for waste collection in the commune in places indicated by the Ordering Party.
5. The subject of the order should be performed in accordance with the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of the City of Pionki – which is an annex to Resolution No. XVIII/118/2020 of the Pionka City Council of 27.01.2020.
6. The subject of the contract should be performed in accordance with Resolution No. XVIII/121/2020 of the Pionka City Council of 27.01.2020 on determining the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners in the Pionki City Municipality and managing this waste, in exchange for a fee paid by the property owner for municipal waste management.
7. The detailed scope and description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ – Detailed description and scope of the subject of the contract.
