The Norwegian Directorate for Children, Youth and Family Affairs shall enter into parallel frameworks agreement for ICT consultancy services within the following fields:

— Web and service design

— Project, consultancy and quality assurance

— Development services.

The contracting authority shall enter into contracts with 3 providers for each field.

The estimated value for the contract period, including prolongations if any, is approx. 130 000 000 NOK including VAT.
