The Framework Agreement on the supply of forest chips for wood boilers in the Community of Communes of Thann-Cernay and the Municipality of Bourbach-Le-Bas is divided into 3 lots, allocated separately: - lot 1: supply of G50 chips for the centralized wood boiler located rue de Ferrette in 68800 Thann - lot 2: supply of G30 chip for the wood boiler room of the Training Pole located 5 rue Gutenberg in 68800 Vieux-Thann - lot 3: supply of G30 chips for the wood boiler located rue de l'Eglise in Bourbach-Le-Bas. Lots 2 and 3 have already been awarded.

This consultation concerns only lot 1 and follows an initial procedure for this lot declared without further action due to unsuccessfulness.

Lot 1 is a framework agreement without minimum but with a maximum order amount set at 160,000 euro ht per year. Lot 1 will start from its notification to its holder for a period of 1 year tacitly renewable 3 times.
