The Federal Institute for Real Estate Tasks intends to provide the security services described in more detail in the terms of reference and in Annexes C-01 to C-06 (basic service: property management, stationary security service, mobile security service, emergency call service control center; Demand service: Object management, stationary security service, mobile security service, intervention service).

The Federal Institute for Real Estate Tasks (client (AG)) intends to outsource partial services of infrastructural building management in the form of security services (SDL) for the specified property to an external service provider (contractor, (AN)).

The aim of the service contract to be awarded is to meet the security needs of the employees of the guarded facility. The property must be protected in accordance with safety and the required safety-related aspects in compliance with applicable laws, guidelines and requirements. Order and security must be maintained, dangers and damage must be averted and people, property and assets must be protected.

Due to the external effect of the user, a service-oriented behavior and a correspondingly maintained and correct external appearance is required for the personnel used by the Contractor to carry out the order.

The future contractor will provide the services:

1. Object management in single staffing all year round and 24 hours a day (24/7) available by phone.

2. Stationary security service in single staffing at the respective locations:

Main gate, the gatehouse of the property entrance:

Monday to Friday, continuous occupation from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Side gate, entrance Adenauer Allee 133, Haus Axe:

Monday to Thursday, continuous occupation from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Friday, continuous occupation from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

3. Mobile security service in single occupancy on the properties:

4. Emergency call service control center: The Contractor shall provide an emergency call service control center (NSL). The alarm connection of the systems is to be ensured by the contractor in the time of:

Monday to Thursday from 7:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. the following day,

Friday from 7:00 p.m. (to Monday 6:30 a.m.)

Saturday, Sunday, public holiday all day from 00:00 to 24:00.

5. Provision of intervention service: The Contractor shall keep intervention staff on standby for the following times:

Monday to Thursday from 7:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.

Friday from 7:00 p.m.

Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 00:00 to 24:00
