The planned measure involves the addition of an outside elevator to a 6-storey central aisle building (prefabricated building) with a basement.
Each on the outer facade of the 6-storey prefabricated buildings with a basement in the following objects and house entrances:
- Netzweg 11, 12, 13.
The measure is spatially contiguous in the Halle-Nord urban area.
The primary goal of the measure is to install 1 elevator in each of the house entrances mentioned in the existing stairwells. The electrical power supply is supplied by the local energy supply company EVH.
It should be noted that the building has an existing electrical installation, which does not comply in all parts with the currently applicable standards and regulations, but is subject to the "existing protection".
Partial modernization of the electrical system with the following scope of services:
- Installation of additional sub-distribution for general electricity;
- Fire protection upgrading of the ELT installation in the stairwell / hallway;
- no new installation of distribution boards;
- Extension of stairwell / corridor lighting;
- RWA installation.
Newly installed circuits are connected to the new sub-distribution to be installed.
A riser with fire protection cladding must be implemented in the hallways.
The laying of the new cables from the meter rooms on the respective floors is only possible via the public corridors / staircase. The necessary fire protection requirements (MLAR) must be met.
The services described are to be calculated as finished services, including the ancillary services required for the execution.
It should be noted that the building has an existing electrical installation, which does not comply in all parts with the currently applicable standards and regulations, but is subject to the "existing protection".
In particular, parts of the installation are implemented in the TN-C network form that was common at the time the building was erected.
The construction measure is the basic prerequisite for converting the building installation to the TN-S network (5-wire system).
To identify the TN-C system that is still in place, the PEN conductor must be labeled throughout. The PEN conductor is marked with a sticker on each distribution, each main switch, each outlet.
The meter systems are completely renewed according to the TAB of Halle-Netz-GmbH.
Existing old installations in the apartments are reconnected. It should be noted that this installation is partially made with aluminum as the conductor material.
