Acquisition of the materials necessary for performing specialized medical interventions, in order to ensure optimal conditions for providing hospital medical assistance, ensuring the operation of the departments within the Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases “Prof. Dr. George I.M. Georgescu” Iasi, in accordance with the applicable current legislation for specialized medical service providers, ensuring the quality of medical services in accordance with the current legislation in the field. The goods are divided into 11 lots, as indicated and described in the specifications and related documentation. The Contracting Authority will conclude framework supply agreements, with a duration of 36 months and an estimated number of 136 subsequent contracts, depending on the necessary quantities, as well as the budgetary financial availabilities that will be allocated. The minimum and maximum quantities of the Framework Agreements, as well as the estimated quantities and values of the subsequent contracts are detailed in the document "ESTIMATED QUANTITIES AND VALUES OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT AND SUBSEQUENT CONTRACTS". The number of days until clarification requests can be made before the deadline for submitting offers is 21 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
