The aim of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the procurement of a cloud based system for wages, economy, personnel, and a procurement system.

The contracting authority would like to enter into a contract with a tenderer for a complete wages, economy, procurement, and personnel system that can consist of sub-systems and modules that cover the various requirements that these trade areas have for a system. The system must interact with current and future solutions/systems, both internally in the municipality and externally with other joint venture partners with open standards. There must be compliance with relevant law, regulations, and guidelines. This applies to both current and future needs and requirements. The tenderer will be responsible for all integration with third party suppliers (sub-suppliers). The municipalities request tenders for a cloud based system. Alternatively, tenders can be submitted for a system with equivalent functionality as a cloud based system.

The option partners must be offered an equivalent system as the contracting authority. There is a separate price sheet for the option municipalities. The expectation is that the option for partners to take up the option to enter into a contract with the tenderer is available for 2 years from when the contracting authority signs the contract. The option will expire after 2 years. If an option partner takes up the option and signs a contract with the tenderer, IKT Orkidé will not be part of this contract. The contract will be between the option partner and the tenderer; the start-up date, implementation project, contract management, etc., will be between these two parties without IKT Orkidé's participation.
