Public services of street cleaning, collection and transfer of waste in the city of Cáceres.
The object of this open procedure is the contracting of the public services of street cleaning, collection and transfer of waste in the city of Cáceres, whose provision has been assumed as its own by the City Council of Cáceres, according to the competences legally conferred.
Within the scope of the services covered by this specification, the following services are included:
1. Street cleaning, which includes the cleaning of public roads, sidewalks, stairs, squares, pedestrian areas in garden areas, parking areas, etc., including the cleaning of tree pits and emptying of bins.
2. Cleaning and assistance to scuppers.
3. Cleaning of parks, gardens, planters and flowerbeds managed directly by the staff of the City Council's Gardens service.
4. Cleaning of open spaces, solar and clandestine discharges.
5. Cleaning of flea markets and flea markets, parties, fairs, exhibitions, electoral campaigns, demonstrations, youth entertainment areas, street signs, information monoliths, monuments, sculptures, street furniture, etc.
6. Cleaning of graffiti and removal of posters, banners, banners and billboards.
7. Extraordinary cleaning when there is a risk to public health.
8. Urban pest control campaign.
9. Supply, installation, cleaning, maintenance, repair or replacement of bins.
10. Selective collection of municipal waste, by door-to-door system or deposited on sidewalks or contribution areas, using the techniques and procedures offered and approved by the City Council, and transfer of waste to treatment plants, transfer, or authorized waste managers.
11. Supply, installation, cleaning, maintenance, repair or replacement of containers for the collection of waste of the fractions of: paper-cardboard, glass, light packaging, bio-waste (organic matter), rest, domestic oil, batteries, used clothes, Proximity Clean Points.
12. Technical support services for carrying out studies and work related to the services provided. Maintenance and continuous updating of the information related to the service in the municipal Geographic Information System (S.I.G.), and to the Monitoring and Control Systems of the contract.
13. Inspection work to detect anomalies related to the services object of this contract and optimize the provision of services.
14. Special Services and actions in case of Emergency, with guard service that allows to intervene if necessary.
15. Citizen awareness campaigns through education, information, marketing, advertising, etc., to improve habits in the population regarding street cleaning, production, treatment and management of household waste.
16. Post-closure maintenance of the municipal waste landfill.
