1. The subject matter of the contract shall be works consisting of:

partial repairs of bituminous surfaces and removal of the effects of breakthroughs in 2023 on provincial roads administered by the Provincial Roads Authority in Lublin. The detailed material scope, quantities of works and partial renovation technologies will be determined after the spring inspections on the day of the protocol handover of the construction site.

2. The Contractor is obliged to ensure safe conditions of vehicular and pedestrian traffic in the area of the works covered by the contract on the basis of the Simplified Traffic Organization Project (for the duration of the works) prepared by the ZDW in Lublin and submitted to the Contractor after signing the contract, approved by the Traffic Manager on provincial roads.

3. The Contracting Authority permits the possibility of submitting partial tenders.

4. The Contracting Authority provides for annulment of the proceeding within the meaning of Article 257 of the
