J. Piłsudski, T. Kościuszko, L. Waryński ”, including the five implementation stages referred to in item II.2.4) of this Contract Notice.

As part of the Regional Operational Program for the West Pomeranian Voivodeship for 2014-2020 (as part of the program, the cost of expenditure on built-in materials such as lighting columns, foundations, booms, lighting fittings will be co-financed)
In accordance with art. 93 item 1a of the Public Procurement Law of January 29, 2004 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1843), the Employer provides for the possibility of annulling the procedure if the funds which the Employer intends to allocate to finance all or part of the contract will not be awarded to him.
"Art. 93 item 1a of the PZP Act: The contracting authority may annul the contract award procedure if the funds which the contracting authority intended to spend to finance all or part of the contract were not granted to it and the possibility of annulling the procedure on this basis was provided for in: 1) the contract notice - in the procedure conducted in an open tender (...) ".
