The Municipal Engineering Department, Technical Operations, would like to enter into a framework agreement for registering the condition of buildings that can have been affected by construction work.

Assignments that will be included in the contract:

— Registering the condition of buildings that can have been affected by construction work;

— Assessing registered construction damage;

— Valuation/price determining damage;

— Follow-up of minor damage repairs.

VAV would like to enter into parallel framework agreements with at least 3 tenderers, provided that there are a sufficient number of suitable tenderers and tenders.

Parallel framework agreements shall ensure that the contracting authority always has access to legally competent condition registration for the assignments that shall be carried out.
