The city of Nördlingen intends to renovate and expand the municipal indoor swimming pool at Gerhard-Hauptmann-Straße 5 in Nördlingen.
The existing swimming pool will be replaced by a movement pool and a toddler area. The existing double sports hall on the upper floor will also be completely refurbished and equipped according to the school building guidelines with up-to-date changing rooms, showers and equipment rooms. In addition, the bathroom is to be extended by a foyer with kiosk and a sauna area.
Construction is scheduled for May 2021. The measure must be completed according to federal regulations at the end of 2023.
A preliminary estimate puts costs (KG 100-700) of approx. EUR 16.3 million gross.
Gradually, the performance levels 1-5 of the performance picture project control according to the project control contract HAV-KOM are commissioned. Optionally, a project communication system (PKS) should be offered.

The space program still to be developed is to be coordinated with the Federation and the Government of Swabia.

Step by step are assigned the performance levels 1-5 of the performance picture project control according to project control contract HAV-KOM, concretized by the additional contract provisions for the project control contract. The services are to be started following the award procedure and the renovation and extension should be completed by 06.2024.
It should be shortened by mutual agreement with the bidders the offer period to 10 days.
