The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on Forests") including works in the field of harvesting and harvesting of disaster wood to be carried out in the Dobrzyca and Nowa Wieś forestry.

The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of harvesting and harvesting wood resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ
