The purpose of the framework agreement is to describe the general characteristics of the equipment that the City of Troyes and the CMAS de Troyes as a group plan to acquire through this consultation. This is a framework agreement with a purchase order whose needs are cross-cutting. The selected supplier will also be in charge of the recovery and recycling of the old equipment at the request of the city and the CMAS of Troyes. This Framework Agreement relates to the acquisition of professional catering and laundry equipment (temperature reclamation oven, cold room, stove, dishwasher, gas pan, washing machine and dryer, etc.). The framework agreement is made within the framework of the Grouping d'achat Groupement de commands between the CMAS de Troyes and the City of Troyes, whose coordination is provided by the City of Troyes on behalf of all members. Each member of the group shall ensure the proper implementation of the framework agreement.
