The objectives and content were set out in the SOW [Appendix 802].

The scope of the services to be provided by the contractor shall be determined by the framework agreement (Appendix 902) and the corresponding Annexes 802 and 911 in the event of contradictions in the following order of validity (1 before 2; before 3, etc.):

1. Appendix 902 — Framework Agreement

2. Appendix 802 — Statement of Work,

3. Appendix 911 — General Terms and Conditions of Contract for the Procurement of Supplies (VOL/B 2003),

4. End-awarded offer from the best bidder including attachments.

The Contractor shall carefully examine the components of the contract with the expertise of an experienced contractor for contradictions, gaps, errors, inconsistencies and ambiguities and shall inform the Client of such items in writing without delay. In doing so, the Contracting Parties agree that this obligation was already in force at the stage of the initiation of the contract.
