County Durham Procurement Consortium is acting on behalf of the following trusts, County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust, and Tees Esk and Wear Valley NHS Foundation Trust. The Trust is looking to establish a contract for the supply of white goods and entertainment media. Delivery to locations throughout the North East and full compliance with the WEEE directive is required. The opportunity will be split into two lots, lot one will be for white goods and lot two will be for entertainment media. The term of the agreement will be 24 months with the option to extend for another 12 months subject to satisfactory performance.
Please note that CDPC has the right to award one lot, both lots or neither lots and that a split award between the parties involved is possible.
The contract may be utilised by other NHS bodies (whether acting individually, or on behalf of, or together as members of any consortia now or in the future) along with any other NHS bodies which CDPC deems necessary now or in the future for the supply of white goods and entertainment media to NHS bodies, local authorities, other government departments or non-departmental public bodies charged with the delivery of healthcare or health related services.
