The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129, as amended - 'The Forest Act') covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding of wood and forest nursery, selection and seeding, water drainage, maintenance of fire access, ownership, farming, hunting, maintenance of forestry facilities, nature protection to be carried out in the Tuchola Forest District in 2020. The Employer provides for the law options up to 20% of the item's value. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 pt. 6 PZP up to 50% of the contract value.
