The subject of the contract are services of collecting municipal waste mixed and selectively collected from residential and mixed properties in the city of Malbork, as well as services of equipment and maintenance in proper technical and sanitary condition of containers for collecting municipal waste mixed and selectively collected and delivery of bags and containers for selective collection of waste, i.e. glass and bio-waste along with the maintenance and operation of PSZOK.

The subject of the contract are services of collecting municipal waste mixed and selectively collected from residential and mixed properties in the city of Malbork, as well as services of equipment and maintenance in proper technical and sanitary condition of containers for collecting municipal waste mixed and selectively collected and delivery of bags and containers for selective collection of waste, i.e. glass and bio-waste along with the maintenance and operation of PSZOK. The entity collecting waste from the property is obliged to deliver the entire municipal waste stream to the ZUOS municipal installation in Tczew. It is possible to transfer waste to another recipient after obtaining a written consent from the Ordering Party. Fees for waste treatment are paid directly by the City of Malbork to ZUOS in Tczew based on the amount and type of waste collected from the city and delivered to the installation.
