The supply of E-Vouchers and/or cards to be redeemed against Books or e-Books and potentially Equipment, Materials or other, to student groups as specified by Bucks New University.

Core Services expected from the supplier:

— A Bucks New University dedicated Website offering online services.

— Ability to offer individual accounts/registration to individual students.

— Delivery and Distribution of card or voucher.

— Ability to source, bundle and deliver course specific ‘physical’ books.

— Provide promotional material in line with Bucks New University branding.

— Delivery of purchased goods in a timely fashion.

It is the intention of the University that any Contract resulting from this ITT will commence on 1.9.2015 for a period of 2 years with the option to extend for up to a further 3 years at yearly intervals, undertaken at the sole discretion of the University.

Funding will be reviewed yearly and the contract can be terminated if funding is withdrawn. The contract can only be terminated at the end of any given year, unless KPI's are not met which can result in immediate termination.

Value: 250 000 GBP to 450 000 GBP per academic year.
