The purpose of the consultation is to provide coastal buoys for measuring various parameters, atmospheric and oceanic. These buoys are equipped with conventional sensors for measuring wind, air temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, waves, sea temperature and current at a point. The diffusion of the measured data must be able to be configured remotely and be at least 10 s. The data is made available on an IT medium (Cloud type or equivalent) accessible to Météo-France agents. The offer also includes the calculation of the mooring (less than 100 m) for a geographical position (indicated later) and the elements of the mooring line (with the exception of the dead body). Finally, the service provider must make the data available (in a defined format) on a cloud (or equivalent) accessible to Météo-France staff.
