The contract concerns the supply of balancing devices with WAF functionality and maintenance for the period of 36 months.
The supply consists of:
• Balancing devices with WAF functionality, as specified in paragraph 3.2 of the Technical Specifications, including the delivery of the supply, to be provided in accordance with the procedures indicated in paragraph 4.1 of the Technical Specifications;
• Start-up of the supply, to be provided in accordance with the procedures indicated in paragraph 4.2 of the Technical Specifications;
• Post-start-up of the supply, to be provided in accordance with the procedures indicated in paragraph 4.2 of the Technical Specifications;
• Maintenance of the supply, to be provided in accordance with the procedures indicated in paragraph 4.3 of the Technical Specifications;
• Consultancy, to be provided optionally according to the procedures indicated in paragraph 4.4 of the Technical Specifications.

The total amount of the contract is € 730,000.00 (Euro seven hundred and thirty thousand/00) of which € 30,000.00 (Euro thirty thousand/00) optional and € 0.00 for security charges not subject to reduction deriving from risks from interference. The values are to be understood as excluding VAT.
