This contract is a composite framework agreement of services with a lump sum part and a purchase order part. The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of € 1,360,000 for the purchase order party.
The contract covers site maintenance and cleaning services, the France Bank and CITECO (mainly for tertiary purposes) including the maintenance and cleaning of the glazing, the supply of sanitary equipment and associated consumables.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING SERVICES FOR THE BANQUE DE FRANCE'S OPERATING PREMISES OF CENTRAL BUILDINGS IN ILE DE FRANCE – HEADQUARTERS AND PERIPHERAL BUILDINGSThe periodic benefits included in the monthly package include:
• Maintenance and cleaning of premises (offices, meeting rooms, sanitary facilities, workshops, circulations, conviviality areas, reprographic spaces, ...); This interview also includes the removal of cobwebs;
• Maintenance and cleaning of office furniture (worktops, furnishing objects, seats, etc.);
• The maintenance and cleaning of the glazing (internal and external windows or bays, partitions or airlocks... glazed);
• The maintenance and cleaning of equipment (tables, chairs, appliances...) of social premises;
• Daily cleaning of fountains;
• Emptying ashtrays;
• The supply, installation and management of plastic bags of different capacities and colors to be placed in the various containers (destroyers of floor documents and bins installed in sanitary facilities, changing rooms, rest areas, circulation, reprographic rooms ...);
• Collection and transport of various wastes, from the various containers to the waste premises;
• The placing on the street or in the yard of the sites, depending on the waste collection provider, of the collection containers and storage after passage if this corresponds to the hours of intervention of the Holder;
• The supply, installation and management of materials and products necessary for maintenance and cleaning operations;
• The supply of sanitary equipment (soap dispensers, hand towels, toilet paper, etc.) and associated consumables;
• The implementation and management of this sanitary equipment and associated consumables;
• Opening the premises for ventilation, controlling the closing of windows and turning off lights;
• The organization and planning of services;
• The organization and planning of quality controls of services;
• The organization and planning of deliveries of cleaning products and sanitary consumables;
• The transmission of information to the local manager of the Banque de France (clogged toilets, leaks, broken seat, electric bulbs to be replaced, etc.);
• Participation in meetings with the Banque de France;
• The preparation and availability of documents, activity reports and detailed minutes in this CLA (Reports, Schedules, Job Cards, Product Data Sheets, Material Sheets, Material Data Sheets, Meeting Minutes, etc.);
• The provision of a WEB client site.
Exceptional services include:
• Complementary cleaning of premises, offices, glazing, etc.;
• Cleaning not provided for in periodic services (cleaning of storage rooms, reception rooms, off-perimeter glazing such as glass roofs and awnings, ceiling of the conference area, crystallization of marbles, salting of circulation areas ...);
• Cleaning after occupancy of the rest room, including laundry;
• Cleaning the glazing of unoccupied operating premises. This service is carried out according to the prices (average price per m2) indicated in the BPU. Logically, if possible, these exceptional glazing services are carried out at the same time as the periodic glazing service.

• Floor cleaning;
• Cleaning of vertical and horizontal walls (floors, walls, stairs, ceilings);
• Cleaning of closures;
• Cleaning of elevator cabins (floor and walls);
• Cleaning of furnishing objects (reception desk, office furniture);
• Cleaning of sanitary equipment (toilets, washbasins, urinals, worktop, taps, dispensing device.);
• Organization and planning of benefits;
• Organization of quality controls of services;
• Management and control of the staff of the HOLDER;
• Information to the CITECO manager of anomalies and damage found in the intervention premises (closed room, cracked tile, scratched parquet, etc.);
• Participation in intra-company coordination meetings and coordination between CITECO and other stakeholders;
• Preparation of reports and minutes as requested within this CLA, and participation in meetings organized by CITECO (updates on the progress of the contract or contradictory controls);
• Provision of a web client site.
Exceptional services include:
• Maintenance of floor rooms;
• Maintenance of chandeliers (difficult to access);
• External maintenance;
• Cleaning after privatization of certain spaces.
