The procurement cooperation for Hadeland invites tenderers to an open tender contest for framework agreements for consultant engineering services within technical disciplines, including construction techniques (RIB) and fire (RIBR).

Assignments under the framework agreement can include services as stated in ‘Consultant and Engineering Design Services’, published by RIF — the Organisation for Consultants. The framework agreements shall also include independent inspections within the relevant discipline.

The framework agreements shall apply for Gran, Lunner and Jevnaker municipalities. The framework agreement shall be valid for 2 years with an option for an extension for 1 year at a time to a total length of maximum 4 years.

Consultancy and engineering design services for major projects, or projects where there will be a need for special capacity/competence/experience, or where indicated by other relevant conditions, can be announced separately. The contracting authority shall have the right, but an obligation, to announce separate competitions in such cases.
