1. The subject of the order is the Investment: Olympic Augustów — halls, pitches, treadmills — expansion of sports and recreational infrastructure in the spa.

2. The order was divided into 3 tasks:

Task 1: Modernization of the gymnasium and its facilities in the building of Primary School No. 3 (near Zespole Szkolno — Kindergarten No. 2) and the expansion of the building of Primary School No. 2 (at Zespole Szkolno — Kindergarten No. 3) with a full-size gymnasium together with facilities and reconstruction football field with athletics treadmill in Augustów. As part of Task 1, 3 objects were extracted:

Object 1A: Modernization of the gym and its facilities in the building of Primary School No. 3 (at Zespole Szkolno — Kindergarten No. 2) at Mickiewicza Street in Augustów, which includes:

• Modernization of the gym and its facilities,

• construction of treadmill in SP No. 3.

As part of Task 1, 3 objects were extracted:

Object 1A: Modernization of the gym and its facilities in the building of Primary School No. 3 (at Zespole Szkolno — Kindergarten No. 2) at Mickiewicza Street in Augustów, which includes:

• Modernization of the gym and its facilities,

• construction of treadmill in SP No. 3.

Facility 1B: Expansion of Primary School building No. 2 (at Zespole Szkolno — Kindergarten No. 3) with a full-size gymnasium together with facilities at Rajgrodzka Street in Augustów, which includes:

• Full-size room, among others, handball with a complex of locker rooms, bathrooms,

• outdoor multi-purpose pitch,

• external bleachers.

Facility 1C: Reconstruction of the football field with an athletics treadmill in Augustów, which includes:

• Redevelopment of the football field with an athletics treadmill,

• bleachers,

• new locker room building,

• club building,

• full-size training ground made of artificial grass,

• ORLIK football field

• multipurpose pitch,

• Tennis courts.

3.1. Description of the subject of task 1 - Annex No 3a

In accordance with the rules concerning the terms of payment of remuneration set out in the detailed rules and the mode of funding from the Government Fund of Polish Governance: Strategic Investment Programme annexed to Resolution No 84/2021 of the Council of Ministers of 1 July 2021, Preliminary Promesa concerning the financing of investments from the Government Fund of Poland Ład: Strategic Investment Programme No 01/2021/2453/PolskiLad of 17 November 2021. The Contractor shall provide financing of the task in a part not covered by the Contracting Authority's own participation, for the time preceding the payment from the Promesa, on the basis of the rules set out in § 3 (4) of the model contract.

5. All works must be carried out in accordance with technical documentation and applicable technical conditions and regulations.

6. The Contractor is obliged to provide the necessary personnel with appropriate building powers, enabling the work necessary for the proper performance of the task. The above staff the Contractor is obliged to declare for acceptance to the Contracting Party.

7. The object of the works attached to this SWZ is solely an auxiliary document which the Contractor may use but does not have such obligation.

The Contractor to whom the contract for the task/tasks described in paragraph 2 will submit a detailed offer cost estimate at the latest on the date of signing the contract. The detailed quotation will be an auxiliary material of the Contractor and the Contracting Authority enabling: determination of the type and quantity of works performed and received.

The Contractor should report any errors, missteps, discrepancies in the project documentation during the tender proceedings and request an explanation from the Contracting Authority. Investigation by the Contractor within a later date of claims for non-compliance between the real state and the condition specified in the design documentation will not be possible and the effects thereof will be charged by the Contractor of Works.

8. All works shall be carried out in a way that enables the operation of educational facilities during the school year, in case of need to exclude the object or part of the facility from use the Contractor shall be obliged to obtain the consent of the Contracting Authority the area of conducting works must be tightly bulk and protect against access to unauthorized persons. Particular attention should be paid when carrying out demolition, construction and construction works, in order to reduce the risk of danger, the works should be carried out in direct agreement with the school user and the Supervisory Supervisor, in such a way as to prevent appearance in the school of bystanders.

9. Pursuant to Article 101 (4) of the Pzp Act, where the subject of the contract is described by means of standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the Contracting Authority shall allow solutions equivalent to those described. Furthermore, it should be assumed that all such references are accompanied by the words”
