Part I of the order: Collection and transfer for management of collected municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the municipality of Żyraków with full availability

and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point.

Part II of the contract: Cleaning up and transfer for management of collected municipal waste to installations for the recovery or disposal of waste from public utility places.

1) receiving municipal waste from properties where residents reside, including:

(a) segregated waste,

(b) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,

(c) ashes and slags from homemade hearth,

(d) large waste, furniture, used electrical and electronic equipment, used tyres (only from passenger cars) - ad hoc collection with the proviso that the Contractor receives any quantity of municipal waste issued as specified above.

(in accordance with the applicable Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Żyraków Commune – Resolution No. XXI/232/20 of the Żyraków Commune Council of December 2, 2020 (as amended)

on the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Żyraków Commune – attachment to the SWZ and Resolution No. XIX/215/20 of the Żyraków Commune Council of 11.09.2020 (as amended) with amendment Resolution No. XXI/233/20 of 02.12.2020 (as amended) regarding the determination of the detailed method and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste in exchange for payment by of the property owner fee for municipal waste management – attachment to SWZ.

2) collection of waste such as expired and unnecessary medicines from the existing stationary points (located at the Health Centers in Żyraków, Straszęcin and Bobrowa) - in each of the above-mentioned points there is 1 container of the CONFISSER type, but the Ordering Party reserves that the number of the above-mentioned points and / or containers during the performance of the contract may change (not more than by 1 container of the CONFISER type and 1 stationary point).

3) Receiving waste type used batteries from points located in educational institutions of Żyraków Municipality (14 objects of Primary Schools and Kindergartens), in the Municipality Office in Żyrakow

and the seat of the Municipal Department of Municipal Economy in Żyrakow — each of the objects has one container.

THE CLEARANCE AND TRANSFER OF RECEIVED MUNICIPAL WASTE TO THE INSTALLATION OF RECOVERY OR DISPOSAL OF WASTE SHOULD BE CARRIED OUT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE HIERARCHY OF WAYS TO HANDLE WASTE referred to in Article 17 of the Act of 14 December 2012.

Range:

The scope of the contract includes:

a) cleaning bus bays and stops indicated in the description of the subject of the contract

within a radius of approx. 10 m counting from the edge of the bus shelter on specified dates indicated

in the specification and additionally if necessary.

b) emptying of 60 and 70 l waste bins

c) emptying 80 l bags at the request of the Ordering Party.

Cleaning up and transfer of collected municipal waste to waste recovery or disposal installations, in accordance with the hierarchy of waste management methods should take place referred to in Article 17 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste, solid waste from public utility places located in the municipality of Żyraków.
