The subject of the contract is the preparation of a corridor study, materials for the application for a decision on environmental conditions along with obtaining it, the program concept for the investment entitled "Construction of the western bypass of Pszczyna". The documentation is to include the preparation of all materials necessary for the Contractor to obtain, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, a legally valid Decision on environmental conditions and then the development of a functional and utility program.

The execution of the order will be divided into the following stages:

• Stage I corridor study.

• Stage II Environmental Report.

• Stage III Environmental Decision.

• Stage IV Preliminary design.

When searching for optimal variants of the bypass, the Contractor is obliged to take into account the conditions resulting from, among others:

Existing development of areas affected by the planned route.

Existing local spatial development plans and studies of conditions and

Local plans and intentions of municipalities.

Existing environmental conditions.

The contractor will analyze the above-mentioned conditions and terrain possibilities and propose at least 3 variants of the bypass route. Increasing the number of variants or sub-variants during the design process does not increase the price of the study.
