The global and integrated action on the municipal outdoor lighting installations, through the modality of energy services by an Energy Services Company, which will develop the services outlined in the technical specifications, including energy management, improvement and renovation of the outdoor public lighting installations, preventive maintenance and inspection, among other services, through the mixed supply and service contract modality provided in articles 16, 17, and 18 of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on Public Sector Contracts.
