2.1. The subject of the contract is the design, delivery, assembly and commissioning of 378 renewable energy installations on selected private and public buildings. The subject of the order is implemented under the project: "Reduction of greenhouse gas emissions through the development of distributed energy based on renewable energy sources in the municipality of Łyse."
2.2. The order consists of two parts:
a) Part No. 1: Design, supply, assembly and commissioning of 368 solar installations for residential buildings and 2 heat pumps for public buildings,
b) Lot 2: Design, delivery, assembly and commissioning of 8 solar installations for public buildings.
Design, delivery, assembly and commissioning of 368 solar installations for residential buildings and 2 heat pumps for public buildings2.3. The subject of the contract consists of:
Purchase of solar collectors, heat pumps, photovoltaic systems and the necessary additional equipment necessary for the proper functioning of the proposed solutions and the specification contained further in the study.
Some sample installation designs and technical specifications of devices will be attached to this study as attachments. The attached master documentation must be verified for its correct performance by the contractor. The attached technical specification of the devices cannot be changed, unless the contractor proves and presents to the customer better solutions or specific arguments indicating improperly used solutions, through which the proper functioning of the described installations may be threatened.
Connecting solar collectors and heat pumps to existing heating systems and technical commissioning,
Connecting photovoltaic systems to existing power grid systems and technical commissioning,
Preparation and delivery of as-built documentation along with the necessary commissioning reports for the above installations.
As part of the design work, the responsibilities of the Contractor include:
• Acquiring the necessary materials and elements required to complete the task
• Compulsory site visits
• Preparation of construction and executive designs, obtaining valid building permits or submitting to relevant offices
• Verification and updating of construction and executive designs for heat pump installations
• Acquiring and covering fees for industry arrangements
• Acquiring all required and covering fees for administrative decisions and permits
• Cover all other costs associated with the development of the project
• Preparation of complete executive documentation
• Preparation of complete project documentation in the absence of it
• Preparation of operational reports for the Executing and Managing Authority
• Making a statement of costs of individual elements of the task
• Project supervision at the installation stage.
As part of the construction and executive works, the responsibilities of the Contractor include:
• Supply of components and materials needed to perform the task (complete solar installation, complete installation of heat pumps together with a lower heat source in the form of vertical ground probes with wells, photovoltaic systems with connection to the power grid)
• Installation of solar collectors and photovoltaic systems on the roof slope of covered objects, elevation of these objects or installation on above-ground free-standing constructions located near qualified projects. Mounting on neighboring buildings is also allowed.
• Assembly and installation of heat pumps
• Pipe and hydraulic connections made
• Installation of accompanying fittings
• Performing thermal insulation and protective work
• Performing auxiliary construction works (perforations, mounting holes, installation penetrations through building partitions)
• Integration of solar collector installations with an existing source of domestic hot water preparation
• Implementation of automation and control systems
• Checks, tests, commissioning and adjustment of the installation, checks of leakage tests.
The entire description of the subject of the contract is contained in chapter II of the Terms of Reference and in the Functional Program available on the website of the Employer https://uglyse.e-bip.eu.
