The subject of the contract is the development of part or all of feasibility studies, environmental documentation, construction and executive designs along with obtaining administrative decisions and providing author's supervision services.

Estimated order value: PLN 14,709,000.00 net, including:

Design works: PLN 13,359,000.00 net.

The cost of setting boundaries: PLN 1,350,000.00 net.

1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of part or all of feasibility studies, environmental documentation, construction and executive designs along with obtaining administrative decisions and providing author's supervision services.

2. For a detailed description of the item of the order, see Part II of SWZ Description of the Order Item.

3. Each time, in all cases where the Contracting Authority describing the subject of the contract by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101 (1) (2) and paragraph 3 of the Act the Contracting Authority permits solutions equivalent to the described, if they allow to obtain characteristics or parameters not worse than those recalled. The above means that the contractor may apply the solutions described by the Ordering Party “or equivalent”.

4. Pursuant to Article 101 (5) of the Act, the Contractor who invokes the equivalent solutions described by the Contracting Authority shall demonstrate that the services offered by him meet the requirements laid down by the Contracting Authority, provided that the Contractor proves

in the tender, in particular by means of the means of proof in question referred to

in Articles 104-107 of the Act, that the proposed solutions meet the requirements set out in the description of the subject of the contract to an equivalent extent.
