In order to ensure the most modern standards in medical treatment and thus the highest quality and the greatest possible safety for patients, the University Hospital Frankfurt intends to modernize the equipment infrastructure in the fields of radiology and cardiology. The project to modernize the equipment infrastructure is taking place in parallel with the commissioning of the new building as the central location of the hospital.

This tender provides for the replacement of mobile and stationary X-ray and fluoroscopy equipment.

The subject of this call for tenders is the services listed below:

− Delivery of five digital fixed X-ray systems (one of which is optional): 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 (2 systems). 3.2 (optional)

− Delivery of a digital mobile X-ray system:1.4

− Delivery of six C-arms (one of which is optional): 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 (optional), 4.4, 4.5, 4.6

− Installation and installation of the equipment

− Dismantling and disposal of old equipment

− Maintenance of the equipment over a period of 8 years

− Maintenance of IT hardware and software

− Connection of the devices to the existing IT infrastructure

− Implementation of instructions and user training

The above-mentioned optional devices must be offered with the offer. The Client reserves the right to order these optional devices no later than six (6) months after the conclusion of the contract by unilateral notification to the Contractor.
