The object is Kv. Ånn 7, which consists of four connected buildings built in 1961. The property currently serves as a care home and housing for people with dementia.
The client is now planning to demolish existing buildings and then build a new care home with 72 apartments and about 60 new senior housing with activity centers.
The new construction for nursing and nursing homes comprises approximately 6400 m² GFA. The new construction regarding senior housing comprises approximately 5300 m² GFA.
