The provider can submit a request to participate in the procurement. During the procurement system, the supplier can only engage in the procurement of those segments for which its request for participation has been accepted. Throughout the dynamic procurement system, all interested suppliers can apply to participate in the system by meeting the minimum requirements set by the contracting authority. Equipment procurements will be tendered among the suppliers approved for the procurement system through internal, streamlined procurement processes.
The procurement includes batteries according to Fingrid's technical specifications (S22622E1 DC batteries and S22626E1 VRLA batteries 110VDC) to replace the old batteries. The replaced batteries are the property of the client, who is responsible for their recycling in accordance with current legislation. The battery procurements include an option for open batteries, which involve frames with spill trays, as well as cabinets according to specification S22626E1 for closed batteries.
